Cancellations

I value time deeply, yours and mine. If something comes up, please give me at least 48 hours of notice. With more than 48 hours of notice, I can apply your booking deposit to a rescheduled booking within the next 3 months. However, if you cancel within 48 hours, I do require a 50% cancellation fee. The lodging deposit will be returned if they allow cancelations. If not, then the $200 deposit is forfeited. Any booking made constitutes an agreement to this clause
