Cancellations

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of our scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee in order to have the opportunity to re-book with me and remain in good standing. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be responsible for the full appointment amount.

In the rare case that I must cancel, I will suggest a rescheduled date or refund any payments in full.
