Cancellations

if you are running more than 5 minutes late and fail to update me, the time will either come out of our booking or you will lose your booking. please give me a realistic estimate of arrival!

If you do not show up for your appointment & fail to update me, I will require a $50 deposit via e-transfer if you want to book with me again.
