Deposits

For Custom Role-Play Costumed Experiences I require a $100 non-refundable deposit that goes towards our first session. This experience requires a lot of preparation on my end so it is not available for same-day booking and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations

We all know and understand that things just happen sometimes, so the first cancellation will be met with a re-schedule. However, if you have two cancellations I will require a 50% deposit to reschedule the second time. If you cancel a third I will no longer be available for bookings with you.

I have a zero-tolerance policy for NCNS or ghosting. If that happens, I will require payment for the time booked immediately. Please be considerate and communicate if you need to cancel and reschedule.
