I am a transformational coach who specializes in the merging of ritualized power dynamics (BDSM/Kink) with personal transformation.

I have two master’s degrees and have trained in countless modalities, including tantra and somatic relating, over the last ten years that can help you finally step into your authentic self.

My vibe is joyful, grounded, wise and powerful.

Together, we will thoroughly explore the seen and unseen aspects of your inner self; things that turn you on, things you are ashamed of that turn you on, and things you didn’t realize turn you on. And then we will embody them.

These embodiment sessions are called Intensives and are between an hour and a half and two hours. We will step into the roles that you require to surrender. From that place of deep consciousness, we can begin to rewrite old narratives and make lasting changes in your life.

Once you can access the full breadth of your pleasure and surrender, I guarantee you will see large shifts in many aspects of your life.

Interests

I am a complete and utter nerd when it comes to personal transformation, psychology and Kink. When I’m not with clients you can find me combing through psychology journals and listening to audiobooks about our inner workings. Favorite books of mine include Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk, Mating in Captivity by Esther Perel and Existential Kink by Carolyn Elliott.

One day I am going to publish my own book on using kink as an intentional therapeutic modality. I could talk your ear off about this for a very long time.

I also am deeply passionate about yogic relational work (John Wineland) and all things Tantra.

And dance. Dance is one of the most important ways I ground myself. If you haven’t danced in a while, I highly recommend putting on your favorite tune, closing your eyes, and moving. It cures most things.
