Touring

Deposits

A 20% deposit required to confirm our plans for cities outside of 1.5 hours from Denver-this includes confirmed tours.

I will request a deposit and provide specific detailed instructions after I respond indicating that you have passed screening. Kindly do not send a deposit before screening.

Crypto or gift cards only. Do not inquire about other options please.

Cancellations

Sorry, If you cancel, your Touring deposit is not refundable but may be applied to another occasion in some circumstances.

For Denver, please provide a minimum of 72 hour cancellation notice or a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Repeated cancellation, will not be tolerated and will result in the request of a 50% deposit for future plans.

If I need to cancel due to weather/personal emergencies etc, your deposit will be refunded swiftly in it's original form, or, only if you desire, applied to another occasion.
