I enjoy dance, yoga, meditation, hiking, biking, swimming, and being in nature. Nature is my muse and I am often found walking barefoot, hugging trees, and bathing in the sun.

I have over 20 years of experience in the healing arts. I use mindfulness, meditation, movement, energy work, and tantric practices to help people deepen their sense of presence and connection. I welcome curiosity, authenticity, and vulnerable expression. Clients are invited to relax, open, and receive. This gift of self-care creates an expanded state of pleasure and amplifies joy in one’s life!
