For all gents, If you cancel 48+ hours before our appt, your deposit will be held and honored for a future appt within 1 year as I tour all the time.
If you cancel less than 48 hours (or pull a no show flake job) regardless of reason, your deposit is forfeited because another suitor would have gladly taken that time frame.

Time and travel is money. I respect your time and please do the same for me. This should be fun not frustrating.
