Deposits

I require a 20% deposit before our date for all first time clients, in order to ensure that we are committed to meeting each other. Repeat clients are not required to send a deposit. This deposit becomes non-refundable if there is a cancellation within 24 hours of our date - see Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations

Please notify me as soon as you are able if you need to cancel. I have a non-refundable fee that is 50% of the estimated cost of the date if there is a cancellation within 24 hours of the date's start time (if you sent a deposit for the date, that counts toward this fee). Personal emergencies and Covid-related cancellations are exceptions to this.
