Cancellations

I understand circumstances arise where appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Please email me at your earliest ability so we can decide what is best for your situation.

Cancellations due to confirmed COVID positivity/exposure are waived of cancellation fees. You will need to show proof of positivity to waive the fee, thank you for understanding.

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time are subject to 50% of the original appointment cost. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
