Deposits

I have started to require deposits for all new clients. Unfortunately there is games on both sides of the hobby and the nc/ns and last minute cancellations are at a all time high. This proves you are serious about meeting me….I’m sorry there is no other option

Cancellations

My time is just as valuable as yours. Unfortunately lately many do not treat us as though this is the case. I understand that things come up however the only person who suffers when this happens, is me. If I do not get 24 hours to be able to get that time covered, then I do ask for a cancellation fee. If the appointment is booked to another date, that fee will then go towards that appointment as a deposit and part of donation, if not booked again that fee is for the time I saved and may not be able to get covered if not enough notice was given
