To screen, send me the following:

1. A picture of the front of your driver’s license or other legal ID (must clearly show ID expiry date, your ID photo, your first and last name, your full date of birth, and the city and ZIP code of your residence. Other details may be obscured.)

2. A picture of your COVID-19 vaccination card confirming the date on which you received an updatedxxxx-xxx-xxx COVID vaccine

3. A picture of yourself that clearly shows your face, your legal ID with ID photo visible, and your vaccination card

4. A description of your day-to-day COVID transmission prevention practices

While not required, I will also gladly accept character references in the form of the name and contact information of any providers who have consented to serve as a reference for you.

Deposits

I require a non-refundable deposit of $100 via CashApp to secure each appointment.

I will accept the complete payment of your balance in cash at the beginning of our appointment. For public meets, please have cash ready inside an envelope for purposes of discretion.

Additional charges, a higher hourly rate, or a larger deposit may apply to appointments that require significant travel, an extended incall reservation, or other extra investment of time, energy, or money on my part (e.g. grooming and outfit requests, certain fetishes, repeating information provided in ad).

Cancellations

Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice may reschedule once with no additional deposit.

Cancellations with between 24 and 48 hours’ notice may reschedule once with additional $150 deposit.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may reschedule once with additional $250 deposit.

Multiple cancellations may incur a fee to book again in addition to increased deposit.
