Cancellations

Deposits and pre-payments will be forfeited if you cancel. I am amenable to applying your payment to a rescheduled appointment in the near future when possible. On tour this often is not possible.

If I need to cancel, or if I’m more than 30 minutes late, I will give you the option of coming later, rescheduling, or I will refund your money immediately usually, but in no less than 14 days when extra time is required.

Cancellations within four hours will incur the cost of one hour, $400.
