Deposits

A 20% deposit is required once the appointment date/time/length is decided and is the only way to ensure that I put our date in my calendar.

Deposits are nonrefundable so make sure the date works for you before sending one. If you aren't comfortable sending deposits, please refrain from contacting me.

Cancellations

Cancellations with more than 24 hour notice:
Deposit is forfeited and 30% cancellation fee is due

Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice:
Deposit is forfeited and 80% cancellation fee is due

These costly fees protect my income and ensure that I won't have any hard feelings when a cancellation does happen (because life happens!)
