Deposits

For local date of 24 hours or more a deposit of 10% is required to confirm booking.

Cancellations

In the event that you must cancel, I ask for a minimum of 3 days (72 hrs) notice.  If you cancel between that and 24 hours the fee will be 50% of the donation amount. If canceled within 24 hours of our scheduled time I will expect the full donation
