Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can interrupt with our plans...
Should you need to adjust our appointment time/date I’ll be happy to accommodate you within reason.
If we are unable to find another time or day that works and the appointment is cancelled:

More than 48 hours prior to appt: Re-booking fee $200
Within 48 hrs of appt: you are responsible for 50% of the donation
Within 24 hrs of appt: you are responsible for 100% of the donation
If you cancel twice in a row, you will be required to make the full donation in advance.
