Cancellations

Confirmation: On the morning of your appointment, please send me a confirmation email or text that you are keeping your appointment. Please give me at least 2 hours notice, so I can pace myself and be prepared for you. If I do not hear from you, I will not hold the appointment. Also, once I see your message, I will respond, as soon as I can, to keep us on track.

Cancelations: I need 24 hour notice please. I am paying for hotels and travel. A 20% cancelation fee, via Amazon gift card or Virtual Visa Card is requested to help me defray those costs if your cancellation is less than 24 hours before our rendezvous. If you repeatedly stand me up, I will stop taking your appointments. I think that is fair.
