I’m Dr. Kaii, or just Kai, whichever you prefer . I have my doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (not working as a PT yet tho, currently enjoying my job in sales atm), and recently moved to Los Angeles from Texas, but I’m from the East Coast!. Deposits

Full amount for the service requested is due BEFORE service, no negotiating this policy.

For online (video call), 1/2 is due before call begins, other 1/2 once on the call, before the service requested begins.

Cancellations

If cancellation is made day of and was planned ahead of time, half the amount of service requested is due.

If no show/cancellation isn’t communicated and you don’t show up, full amount for service requested is due.

Emergencies and special cases are exempt from the above policy. Just communicate what’s going on, and try to let me know ahead of time if possible, I’m very understanding!
