If we have not yet been acquainted, a small deposit will be required to secure your booking. A non-descript email can be provided for you should you have concerns surrounding this.

Although I do not accept references as a form of screening, they may be used in lieu of a deposit if they come from an established provider.*

Giftcards, Paypal, and public meetings are not accepted forms of deposit. Cryptocurrency methods are available upon request.

*Couples’ bookings and those from new clients that exceed 2 hours will require a deposit regardless of reference.

Cancellations

Even with the most precise planning, we may experience disruptions by circumstances beyond our control. While deposits are non-refundable, I understand that life’s uncertainties can lead to unexpected changes. With more than 24-hours notice, your deposit may be applied to a future booking, allowing flexibility in rescheduling. In the rare instance that I must cancel, you will receive the option of either a full refund immediately or the application of your deposit to a future booking. The latter will ensure priority booking upon my next availability.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours:

Regrettably, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. It’s a measure in place to respect the commitment of time and effort dedicated to our planned encounter. In some exceptional circumstances such as inclement weather, a grace to this policy may be extended and is done on a case-by-case basis.

No Show:

A “no call, no show” after confirmation is considered an extreme situation. In such cases, I kindly request that the remaining amount of the missed session be sent before confirming any future bookings. It’s an approach aimed at maintaining fairness and understanding for both parties involved.
