I do not require excessive personal details, but please be clear and specific in your inquiry to avoid unnecessary back and forth and to expedite the booking process.   EXTRAS I prefer to operate on a "vibe" basis and allow our booking to flow naturally based on what is mutually enjoyable in the moment. Therefore, no two bookings will be identical. If there are specific extras you are seeking, please specify them when booking so that I can tailor the perfect experience just for you.   PAYMENTS Payments can be made in cash, through PAYID, Beemit, and card (including credit cards and amex). Apple pay (and other mobile payments) are also accepted. If paying by card, the transaction on your bank statement will appear as "CH Gold Coast".   DEPOSITS Please be prepared to make a non-refundable deposit in the form of cash, card, PAYID, or Beemit. The deposit amount will vary depending on travel time, touring, and length of booking, but typically ranges from 25-50% of the total amount payable. I only have time to communicate with serious clients, therefore excessive messaging without a deposit will result in no further replies.   CANCELLATIONS Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a booking cancellation.   RESCHEDULES If you wish to reschedule our appointment, please contact me at least 48 hours prior to our scheduled date, and I will honor your deposit for a new time within the next month. I only honor deposits for one reschedule. If the new rescheduled time is no longer suitable and you would like to make a second reschedule, a new deposit must be paid.   REFUNDS Deposits are non-refundable. I do not provide refunds if you cancel, shorten our booking, or are unable to be serviced. Refunds may only be given at my sole discretion if the cancellation or early termination of a booking is initiated by me.   PHOTOS Find me on Instagram @charlotteharttxo I do not engage in facetime or send photos via message/email. There are plenty of photos available here and on my social media, so please conduct your own research.   TRAVEL / outcall Travel expenses are your responsibility, in addition to my hourly rate. The travel fee is dependent on the amount of travel time required and may not necessarily reflect the uber rate. Outcalls that are far from the CBD will only be accepted for a minimum booking duration of 1.5 hours. If the outcall is within the CBD or close proximity to me, the travel fee may be waived at my discretion.   RUNNING LATE Bookings will be held for 15 minutes. If you have not contacted me to inform me of your lateness within this time, our appointment will be canceled. A 10-minute grace period is granted, after which your lateness will cut into your booking time and the full fee must still be paid.   FMTY I look forward to seeing you soon.
