Deposits
A $50 deposit through venmo or cashapp is required to secure your time slot. I sincerely try to accommodate last-minute changes. If we are unable to find a suitable time, you will lose your deposit and be expected to pay for part of the session. (See “cancellation” for more details.)
Cancellations
Please honor my time just as I honor yours. I am a professional and it highly impacts my life when you cancel.
While I understand that changes can unexpectedly arise and can often accommodate, if we’re unable to set another date a rebooking / cancellation fee will be incurred.
CANCELLATION
I know that life is unpredictable. With that in mind, I kindly ask for 24 hours if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
> 24-hrs cancellation: Your $50 deposit will be refunded or applied to a future session.
< 24-hrs cancellation: Your deposit will not be refunded and you’ll be expected to pay 50% of the session.
< 4-hrs cancellation: You’ll be expected to pay 100% of the session cost.
RESCHEDULE
If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to our future meeting. Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
NO-SHOW
No-shows result in being blocked from working with me ever again.
