Cancellations

If cancelled less than 48 hours before booking, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled more than 48 hours prior, 75% of your deposit will be refunded. However, your full deposit can be rolled over if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule and still miss your second booking, your deposit will be forfeited in full.
