Deposits

Cancellations

Deposits for appointments cancelled 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund within 24 hours of the cancellation.

If your appointment was made same-day, you will not be eligible for a full refund.

I request 4 hours notice for appointments.
Bookings canceled between with more than 2 hours until the appointment will not receive a refund. However, their deposit will be applied to a future booking within a 30 day period. After the 30 day period, the deposit is forfeited.

Bookings canceled with less than 2 hours from the scheduled time will not be refunded.

No call/no shows will not have the opportunity for future bookings.
