Deposits

Usually I require deposits on all overnight, but there are some exceptions. For instance, we do this regularly and have built up a fun and trusting relationship.

All travel costs will be prepaid by clients wanting me to specifically come to their area for a booking, along with a minimum of a $500 deposit. None of that is refundable if the client cancels or is a no call/ no show.

If you cancel more than a few times, even with paying the $100 fee, you will be required to send a non refundable deposit that could be up to the cost of my time you’re wanting to book. I understand sometimes things happen. But they can’t possibly happen every single time. When I schedule an appointment, I make sure that I am available and ready for that appointment specifically.

If I am traveling to a new area that I am unsure about, because I have yet to visit the town… I will be requiring half of the cost of our appointment as the deposit for out-of-state bookings. If for some reason I am unable to come to the town as planned, or if I only schedule one or two bookings and it’s not worth my time to travel there, all deposits will be refunded along with contacting those clients personally thanking them for their interest in me and explaining the situation. And hopefully we can reschedule our meeting in the near future.

Cancellations

There is a $100 cancellation fee for locally booked in or out calls that are canceled less than 24 hours from our appointment.

The cancellation fee will be higher if there was an overnight planned, travel arrangements made, or if this is becoming a pattern.
