I include 1 hour of travel time in the base rate. Travel over 1 hour is assessed a rate of $50 per hour.

Cancellations

I prefer a reschedule over a cancellation. Please let me know ASAP in case you need to reschedule/cancel.

If rescheduled 24 hours or more before appointment, no fee to reschedule will be applied, and deposit will be transferred to next scheduled appointment.

If rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment, deposit will be transferred to next scheduled appointment, and $25 fee added for late reschedule.

If a full cancellation is necessary, deposit will be refunded in full if cancelled 24 hours or more before appointment.

If a full cancellation is necessary, deposit will NOT be refunded if cancelled within 24 hours of appointment.
