Cancellations

Deposits are nonrefundable for no-show, no call. Cancellations and or reschedules can be made up to an hour before set appointment. Clients get one reschedule allowance with the deposit held. If there is a second reschedule, deposit is kept by me and client sends a second deposit for new booking. Cancellations do not receive deposits back under any circumstances.
