Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable but can be used towards a rescheduled booking if clients provide sufficient notice.

Cancellations

Clients who prebook must provide 24hr notice when canceling appointments for the deposit to be used towards a rescheduled booking.

Clients who book same day appointments and cancel cannot use their deposit towards a rescheduled booking, the deposit is kept as an inconvenience & cancelation fee.
