2️⃣ I do not take any appointments with less than 48 hours of advance request. The only exception to this would be our discovery call.

Incall and Online appointments:
-100% deposit required at time of booking

Outcall appointments:
-$150 deposit required at time of booking. Remaining balance due upon start of session

Cancellations

If client wishes to cancel our appointment.
-Full refund available if you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice
-50% refund available if you cancel your appointment within 24-48 hours of our scheduled starting time.
-Deposit will be forfeit if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice

As a courtesy, I will attempt to provide 24 hours’ notice to clients if I need to cancel a session. If I need to cancel, every attempt will be made to provide a make-up session time. You will not be
billed for a session cancelled by me.
