NO refunds on cancelled or missed appointments. If you're able to reschedule it will go towards that if not you loose your deposit and start over.

Cancellations

48-24 hours minimum notice for 1-2 hour appointments.

72 hours minimum notice for appointments longer than 3 hours.

Last minute cancelation or no show = new deposit or black listed.

ZERO tolerance

All deposits non refundable unless I have to reschedule.
