Deposits

A small deposit may be required at the time of booking, anything over 2 hours will require 25% ( canada) to prebook.

25% is required for USA at the time of booking. Anything over 3H will require 50%

Cancellations

Life happens.

Cancellations within the following time frame will have deposits:

•24 or less: forfeiture of deposit.
•25-72 hours notice: deposit will be retained for a future visit
Beyond 72 hours notice: partial refund. Your deposit will be returned less $50.

If I'm the one to cancel, your deposit will be returned in full.
