Cancellations

If you have booked with me in advance and have paid a deposit then you have up until 24hrs before the meet to cancel your meet. The deposit is non-refundable but you will be given credit towards another meet w/the same deposit as long as you cancel in an appropriate amount of time.

If you have booked with me w/o a deposit for a meet then you have an hour to let me know what’s going on prior to the meet and a 20 minute grace period to let me know if there’s any need for cancelation before I require you to place a deposit for any future meetings. No Exceptions.
