Deposits

Deposits are non-negotiable as they protect my time and energy in case of a last minute cancellation. To mitigate wasted time, I take a 10% deposit for dates. FMTY bookings require deposit along with the travel expenses (roundtrip airfare or train and accommodations)so that I’m able to book my trip and prepare.

Cancellations

I understand life gets in the way. However, I do enforce a strict cancellation policy and it is non-negotiable. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance can be rescheduled within 2 weeks or different time on the same tour with the deposit still applicable to our future meeting. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours, deposit is to be forfeited. In the rare occasion I have to cancel, your deposit will be refunded in full via preferred method of transfer.
