Cancellations

- in the event you need to cancel your appointment, provide a 24 hour notice of cancellation in order for your deposit to be refunded. same-day appointments cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance to be eligible for deposit refund.
- if you cancel more than 2 times, you will not be able to rebook in the future
- deposits are refunded/returned via the same payment method/app used to make the original deposit payment, unless you otherwise specifically state where else you'd like the refund returned
