Deposits

Client shall pay a non-refundable guidance fee to Mistress Hera of $50 after a submitted application has been received. If the application is not approved, the deposit shall remain with Mistress Hera. The Client agrees to pay the following session deposits to hold their appointment date/time within 24 hours after a 10-minute phone conversation:
o 1hr session (Full session fee paid in full at time of booking)
o 2hr session ($100 Deposit)
o 3hr session ($150 Deposit)
o Couples 2hr session ($200 Deposit)

Cancellations

The Client is responsible for payment of the total agreed-upon fee for any session(s) for which they failed to give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellation notice must be emailed to Mistress Hera.

If the Client cancels an appointment for any reason (subject to a $35 cancellation fee), the 50% session deposit MAY be applied to a rescheduled appointment solely at Mistress Hera's discretion if done within 6 hours after cancellation.
