Select and special requests, travel, and extended sessions may require a small deposit.

Cancellations

I am reliable and respectful of quality time and busy professionals. I do my best to accommodate requests and reschedules with reasonable, advanced notice. Most of my Sessions do not require a deposit...Therefore, there is no loss if you should need to cancel. Only missed time with me! ;)

If a Session was secured with a deposit, I have reserved your specific request, day and time and turn away other Clients accordingly. Respectfully, no refund of the deposit is issued. Deposits are small and are compensating my time with communicating, scheduling, securing, and planning for your appointment. If the cancellation occurs for personal reasons on my end, you will receive a full refund and/or a generous offer for rescheduling to show my appreciation. In my years of professional experience, I have personally never had to cancel a secure booking and issue a refund.
