If we have never met before and I am driving to you, deposit can be agreed upon. If we have a 3 hour or longer appointment 20% is required before I leave to come see you. If I travel to you, I will share my location with you while I am on my way so you know I am coming. It shares real time while I am driving.
Cancellations
If you have an upcoming appointment please notify me within 48hrs of your appointment. If this is done you will not be charged. Under 48hrs a 20% fee is due at time of cancellation. If you didn’t have a deposit and are a no call/no show or you cancel at last minute/while I am on my way, I require a 50% cancellation fee for the appointment time. If you have a 20% deposit already, 30% is required. If you don’t adhere to my policy, further action may be taken. Including but not limited to refusal of future service.
