Deposits

Deposit:
A deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking.

The deposit is non-refundable but, if you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the deposit will be automatically applied to a future booking.

If I have to cancel your appointment, the deposit will be refunded in full.

The deposit is non-negotiable. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Incall service must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Same-day incall is rarely available.

Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your appointment for any reason.

If you cancel your appointment at the last minute and it costs me money (ie. It's too late for me to cancel my incall reservation or I have already purchased tickets), those costs will be deducted from your deposit. The amount remaining on the deposit will be applied to your next appointment.

I am transparent and honest with my business. If I deduct from your deposit to cover costs as a result of your cancellation, I will send you an email outlining those costs.
