Cancellations

I understand life happens. There is no cancellation fee just please try and give me as much notice as possible so I can plan my day accordingly and that we can reschedule for a better time. There is one exception, if it is an outcall and there's less than an hours notice to cancel, the 10 percent deposit may be kept to cover gas if applicable.
