Cancellations
I understand there may be unforeseen circumstances when change of plans or a cancellation may be required. If it is necessary for you to cancel:
-Within 48 hours of our planned date, deposits will be non-refundable.
-Within 24 hours of our planned date, 50 percent of the full stated and agreed upon donation will be required.
-Within 12 hours of our date, the full stated and agreed upon donation will be required.
For my part, I will do my best to not have to cancel, but in the unlikely event that I must, your deposit will be refunded in full within 48 hours or applied to a future date, as per your preference. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting my time.
