What is touch? Why do we crave it?

From a light fingertip brushing across the nape of your neck, or my nails raking down your back, to my palms sliding up your quaking inner thighs, the thought of those touches makes your stomach tighten and your breath catch at the possibilities of the unknown, the unknown sensations.
