Cancellations
Things happen, I get it. I’m quite flexible if you need to reschedule (within reason, and with adequate notice.) Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee (+ any incurred expenses), to be paid before booking any future sessions.
No-call-no-shows suck. Please have the courtesy to tell me if your plans change. NCNS will be required to pay the entire booking fee of the missed session, and a 50% deposit before future bookings.
