Deposits

I require a 50% deposit for all bookings. Deposits can be issued via e-transfer or online gift card such as:

- Virtual Joker Prepaid Mastercard
- Starbucks
- Sephora (this gift card is my favorite)
- Westjet or Air Canada

Please contact me prior to purchasing gift cards and I will show you where to get them as well as where to send them.

Cancellations

I require 48 hours notice for any cancellation. Your deposit will be put towards your next booking. If you do not re book, the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations within 24 hours will end with your deposit being forfeited and you will need to submit a new one for any new bookings.

Cancellations within 12 hours or less will end with your deposit being forfeited and an additional $100 will be added to your next booking. If this happens 3x you will be black listed for minimum 3 months.

If you have last minute emergency - I am VERY understanding, life happens!! Please don't hesitate to let me know. Your deposit will be forfeited, but you avoid being blacklisted; HOWEVER - should I feel as though you are taking advantage of this, I will not be as forgiving

Any NCNS (no call no show) will end in your deposit being forfeited and you will be permanently blacklisted.
