Deposits

Deposit is required and is applied to our appointment. All deposits are non-refundable.

A 20% deposit is required for all appointments.

You will be sent a discrete option to send your deposit in order to confirm your appointment.

Cancellations

Life happens and some situations can simply not be avoided. I understand and respect your time. I also expect the same for mine. If for some reason a cancellation is unavoidable and done at least 48 hours before our appointment your deposit can be used towards a future appointment provided it is booked within the next 3 months of your cancellation date. If the cancellation is under 48 hours it will be accepted as compensation for canceling the booking on short notice out of respect for my time. Upon my discretion, multiple cancellations may void your ability to continue forwarding your deposit and it will be used to compensate me for my time. If after multiple cancellations or you are unable to book an appointment within three months from the original cancellation, provided I will still accept future appointments, a new deposit would be required.
