Hello, my name is Aurah and I am originally from the states. Currently traveling to Longford for the weekend and offering a specific style of bodywork that will appeal to specific people. I’ve been a bodyworker since 2006 and my passion to understand the body has evolved from my own confusion or desire to understand my own tissue. If you haven’t experienced a professional bodyworker…it basically means a trained professional who works with the human form in different ways. My professional background is in fitness(yoga, Pilates, personal training), assisted stretching, massage therapy and reiki. Over the last 10 yrs my interest shifted into sacred healing somatic practices. These usually focus on energetic pleasure centers (for example:Tantra, The Tao, embodiment therapy, cuddle therapy and surrogacy work). This weekend in Longford I am ONLY offering Somatic Healing sessions and would like to support people in this way. Option 1: Sensual Embodiment Massage Includes Breathwork, passive stretching, massage therapy, sensation and energy work. This session is designed to guide you deeper into yourself and allow a slow sequencing of sensual energy. Learn to listen from within, prolonging your pleasure while following the wisdom of your own body, heart and mind. Option 2: Sensual Empowerment Coaching Designed for people struggling with touch in general. Maybe they don’t understand the power of touch? Maybe they’ve never had a healthy self touch practice? Maybe they didn’t grow up with a touch language in the family dynamic? Be prepared to learn about consent, boundaries, and building better communication or dialogue around the process of touch.
