1. A secured priority booking with a 10-20% deposit for the time of your choice (required for some tours and visits over one hour)

2. A standby appointment with confirmation texts required to keep your spot in line. (At risk of being bumped for priority bookings)

Bookings with a deposit made a week or more in advance also get a 10-20% discount

Cancellations

Same day cancelations are charged at 25% of the booking.

Cancellations with less than 30min notice are charged at 50%

No shows with no communication are charged at 100% of the fee.

Fees are transferable by my discretion only. No exceptions.
