Cancellations
Cancellations on my part that cannot be rescheduled will see any deposits refunded 100% within three to five business days, to the best of my abilities. However, its rare for me to cancel....
As previously mentioned deposits for certain clients, as well as deposits for meet and greets are NON REFUNDABLE.
Returning and new clients that call within 72 hours to cancel any outcalls or in calls will receive a full refund on deposit as well as not being charged rescheduling fees should they choose to reschedule.
Cancelations made within 48 hours of appoint of an outcall or Incall for returning clients will be eligible for a 50% refund of their deposit, along with no rescheduling fees should they chose to change their appointment time.
If you would like to change your appointment time within 24 hours to a later date, you may do so if my schedule can accommodate for a $15 rescheduling fee.
Any no call, no show, last minute cancelation on any out call or in call will not be rescheduled, and any deposits will be forfeited.
