Same-day availability is not an option. It is recommended to provide a notice of 48 hours in advance for optimal scheduling.

Cancellations

Life is full of unexpected twists and turns. If you find yourself needing to cancel our scheduled appointment, I kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in providing as much advance notice as possible. I value our time together and last-minute cancellations, especially within 5 days of our date after all arrangements have been made, are considered discourteous. While canceled appointments are not eligible for refunds, they can be credited towards another reservation within 3 months. Please note that a 50% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made less than five days before our scheduled date, which can be applied to a future booking within 3 months. Cancellations made within three days of our scheduled date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, which can also be applied to a future booking within 3 months. Kindly understand that deposits are non-refundable.
