Cancellations

😱 MY CANCELLATION:
- I will promptly and happily refund your deposit in full.

🥺 YOUR CANCELLATION:
- In the event you must cancel I ask that you notify me ASAP.
- Please understand I have set time aside for us and that time is precious.

🟡 25% fee for cancelling with 48 hours or less notice
🔴 50% fee for cancelling with 24 hours or less notice

Deposit/travel fees will be deducted from the cancellation fee owed.

📅 RESCHEDULE:
- If you want to apply your paid deposit/travel fees to a rescheduled time, the cancellation fee must be paid within 7 days of your cancellation notice. (Not 7 days after the appt. date)
- Reschedule within 30 days, w/ min. 24hr notice.
- I accept rescheduling past 30 days, only with new deposit/travel, having forfeited the previous.
