Deposits

For all bookings that are more than two hours, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking appointment. A deposit will only be accepted for a booking once you have provided your reference(s), and I have verified them.

Via e-transfer or paxum

Cancellations

Please provide 72hrs notice when cancelling an appointment that is less than 2hrs, when possible.

For all appointments over 2hrs, a full refund for the deposit will be provided if 7 days notice is provided (including weekends).

For any cancellation requests made with less than 7 days notice for any appointments over 2hrs, the deposit is non-refundable.
