Cancellations

Life happens, and it is totally understandable if you will need to cancel or reschedule our appointment. Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to do so, as this will allow for rescheduling within 30 days with your deposit.

Cancellations requested outside of that window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable except in the unlikely event that I have to cancel.

If you are a no call no show you will be blocked from future bookings, thank you for understanding.
